How best to describe this exquisite healing journey?
Because of you, every part of my being has been awakened and set alight with hope, joy and expectation of a new life to come.

The person I was meant to be is slowly emerging and taking control with a new confidence, exultant in my power as a woman and a special and unique human being.
Before I came to you, I was so unwell that each day had become an effort; every part of my body was in so much distress that there were times when I wondered if I could go on. I fought so hard against this downward spiral with every available resource but despite this, I always seemed to move one step forward and two steps backward. So much had been locked away inside for many years, loneliness, heartache and deep sadness that I felt I was dying inside. And I was, shutting down emotionally and physically, little by little.

You have opened a whole new world to me, giving me permission to express my emotions, allowing me to feel exquisite joy, in the most sensual and extraordinary way I shall never forget. My Experience of Ayurvedic massage
For many years I have been searching for something to help improve the quality of my life, which was tinged with fear, deep sadness, hurt and anxiety.  I seemed to be constantly tired mainly because I was using practically all of my energy in keeping myself afloat in a demanding world.  The world seemed a threatening, ruthless place where only the fittest could survive.
 
I spent years in psychotherapy, reliving the painful trauma of childhood and adolescent years.  This was a long and difficult journey – a journey that I am still on and may be on for a very long time.  In fact, I believe that the journey is never ending because it involves a lifetime of self-discovery born out of a deepening awareness of one’s unique way of being in the world. 
 
However, even though I believe in the great value of therapy in helping the individual to grow towards their true potential I believe that there is another way that can be truly effective in healing the pain of the past and clearing the body of the burden of suppressed memories buried in the very cells of the physical body.   I am referring to the healing power of ayurvedic massage.
 
Through this form of healing I have experienced a freeing of energy in my body.  I feel lighter and more at peace within my own skin.  It’s as if huge blocks of frozen memories have melted away and the life force can flow unobstructed through me.  I feel more connected to my Spiritual self and the world has become a wonderful, more loving and giving place.  I feel lucky to have found this type of healing and I rest secure in the knowledge that when my life energy is blocked I can rely on ayurvedic massage to set me free once again.
